I am a Welsh poet living in Scotland who lives with bi-polar affective mood disorder every day of my life. The same condition as Spike Milligan had; now there was a genius. I used to work for the National Health Service and Social Services in the field of computing. At one time I worked as Information Officer giving advice to Mental Health Service users. I follow Aston Villa. I have two children; Rachael and Alastair. I am separated, but not from reality. My favourite place in England is Weardale in County Durham and I climbed 99 Wainwrights in the Lakes before Rheumatoid Arthritis struck me down. I was also a School Governor for a number of years. I had a sub arachnoid brain haemorrhage when i was 32 and developed Crohn's Disease when I was 11. I have been both lucky and unlucky in life!
